Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer at 140 East Broad Street, Groveland, Florida.

So i buy a phone in that store moving from metro to criket changing to spend 40$ for ilimited plan to pay 55$ at criket and also i pay it the fee 25$ and i buy a phone for 55$ the phone was not working i come back the 7th day to ask them for help because the phone was not working i wait about 1 h and 30 min too been help + they didint want to help me so i was asking for and other phone and i was gonna pay the diference or my money back... They never told me i had 7 days/also i ask the guy to look at the 2 camaras in the front desk because i know he never told me i just had 7 days if i had a problem,he refuse off course because he know he didint told me) j ust to change a broke phone ,so you change your company to and other company and you spend your money in a phone doesnt work and you need too keep it when they didint tell me i did had 7 days if some is wrong?well at the end the other store on 50 clermont help me the manager there send me the phone too repairs and on 24 h i had my phone awesome help.from the manager there,she was nice and patient and give me diferent options. Never go to groveland store again they just want to sell you and if you have a problem they not gonna help you at all, never buy there anything....
